The planning board is being manipulated by the governing body...and the governing body is responding to the scare tactics of Allen Bell, Ms. Lally's attorney! I will pay the additional tax burden to take this to court. What are our public officials afraid of????

If this passages, it is like opening can of worms. Every one of thee over 200 plus multiple families homes in town could do the same thing. What about zoning restrictions. Does this mean everyone can threaten the town with a lawsuit to get what they want? I guess if you have enough money, eventually you can get what you want.

How is denial considered discrimination when no one else can rent out rooms in their house? If this is permitted, can't everyone in an R-4 zone rent out rooms in their homes to anyone they want?

This should be no where near a middle school full of kids

Not keen on the "zoning by litigation" aspect of this or changes to the zoning ordinances.

I oppose changing Hillsdale's Master Plan and Zoning Ordinances for this purpose. The safety of our children and our quality of life must be protected at any cost!

This business model runs contrary to the safety and quality of life in Hillsdale. We demand that our local goverment vigorously defend the quality of life.

Doesnt sound like a rehab at all- sounds more like a place to meet other people with more drug connections

I am the parent of a 9 year old boy who will be attending George White school in September. I feel it is imperative that we keep our beautiful town beautiful & our children safe... Looking forward to standing in support of this petition at the meeting on January 14th...

Why are they being charged so much for rent? Will the owner of the house be living there also? Being so close to a school is not a good location. I can understand why they would rent a room in a house with other addicts, so they have support. This may be a good spot for them to recover but it is not a good idea for all the families that already live in this RESIDENTIAL area.
