I have been hearing from so many of you about how frustrating it feels to see international students arrive while our own chances to study abroad remain locked away. I am currently gathering these experiences to show the administration that this is a matter of basic fairness rather than just a policy preference.

Seeing the momentum behind this proposal reminds me of how much I struggled to find any path abroad during my own time here. It is becoming clear that so many of you are tired of the current imbalance and want a fair chance to study in new environments.

EXACTLY. why is this only for language students?? we all pay the same tuition and deserve the same experiences abroad.
should have been like this years ago. SOAS needs to catch up w other unis.

its crazy that we host so many people but dont get the same chances to travel. really hope this changes soon.
