This cannot happen. The precedent set will make Hillcrest and Snider Plaza like Preston Center - no longer our neighborhood feel

Mirrored structures cause all sorts of environmental and traffic safety concerns. Additionally, a structure of this height will be an eyesore at this location, increase traffic dramatically and exacerbate the parking situation in Snider Plaza and the SMU area.

As an 18 year resident of UP, it is my opinion that changing the zoning from current MF, P,& O to Planned Development sets a dangerous precedent for our largely residential neighborhood. This eyesore needs to go, but keep the development within the height standards of current zoning.
