4049 Stanford Avenue. Density out of scale with neighborhood. Very much against above grade parking on a residential street.

Way too much density and traffic for this neighborhood location. As a former member of the UP zoning committee I am surprised that the current members passed without assessing the potential damage to the existing neighborhood. Poor judgment!

I object to allowing development on the Chase Bank Bldg site to place a building over current height restrictions. I do not want UP to be a place with a lot of high rises.

I am deeply concerned that this development will increase traffic and congestion in an area already too crowded. This development will make the area less safe for our children and SMU students. 28XX University Blvd.

I am gravely concerned that the traffic generated by this massive complex will threaten students walking, biking, and scootering up and down Dickens on their way to UP Elementary, and in the other direction, to McCullough/HPMS. Dickens is the only safe north-south corridor that students can use. Hillcrest, the alternative, is far too busy, congested, and dangerous.

More parking cannot be achieved with current parking ratio. Paid parking will not work. 3/1000 ratio is not a realistic solution. I want this site developed but the council needs to modify to ensure parking goals can actually be realized.

A commercial development this big does not belong in a residential neighborhood and will generate thousands of car trips a day into an already crowded environment. We can do better. Mr. Strode, please work with the neighborhood!

I do not want to allow a building this large on Haynie that will generate thousands of trips per day to travel in front of my house.

Thank you for your efforts to oppose this excessive proposal which will permanently and adversly alter the neighborhood.
