we actually pulled it off and the university is finally changing the mail system. i cant believe how much ground we covered together and im just glad we dont have to deal with those lines anymore. keep an eye on your emails because they should be rolling out the updates …
Miami University\'s decision to implement a new package delivery system is nothing more than ineffecient and illogical. Some wait days for packages containing important medications that they can\'t get their hands on... even though the package is sitting somewhere in a back room. Others pay outrageously high prices for next day, two-day, or three-day delivery to no avail. And what about once you receive a notification that your package has finally arrived Expect to wait in line for forty minutes... IF you\'re the first in line. Otherwise, cancel your classes for the day because you\'ll be in line for an hour or two. There is only one entity that can stand in the way of you receiving your mail in a timely fashion- the US Postal Service. Don\'t let Miami University take control over what is rightfully yours!
On Tuesday, September 16, I will be attending the Student Senate meeting and, hopefully, propose a reform for the system now in place! Show your support and tell everyone you know who would like to see a change to sign this petition!
I had a textbook arrive late and missed my quiz because of it. Seriously need to go back to the old way.

Seriously? I pay for priority shipping and it sits in a back room for four days. What a joke.

It takes me longer to pick up my mail than to walk across campus. FIX IT.

The lines are literally out the door every single day. My roommate waited an hour after getting his email just to get handed the wrong box. Total disaster.

This new system is garbage. Why fix something that wasn't broken?

My parents sent meds and I had to wait 3 days just to get a notification then another hour in line. Unacceptable.
