It will be great for Smyrna and we do have a Lots of skateboarders that live in Smyrna including my kids

I do not approve of a skatepark in the middle of this residential area. Noise pollution + light pollution. Neighbors do not want it there.

I don’t feel like the middle of the neighborhood is the best place for a skate park plus it would be getting rid of the park for the neighborhood that is frequently used.

A skate park is probably a good idea... just in a better location. A quite niche park isn’t the best spot. Smyrna has other area which would accommodate parking & most likely better starting topography to build a concrete park.
