My kids use that hoop all the time. Need to keep it up because it keeps them busy outside instead of on video games all day. Fine is ridiculous since it was already cleared years ago!

There are so many variations of this policy. I can think of several in my part of the subdivision. No consistency. I drove by the goal in question and read Christine's comment. I too, move to allow the goal to remain and remove the fine from David's account!

I believe there should not be any restrictions requarding basketball goals. The hoa needs to address this matter asap.

Totally agree with this. I’ve lived here for almost 10 years and goals have previously been allowed. This should be discussed and resolved at an annual meeting.
