This is so wrong in so many ways. I'm sure with new technology somethung else could be done to test this! We all know tobacco kills, so why do we need to know lethal doses when smokers don't listen anyways?

Absolutely DISGUSTING.. If you need to test this stuff, then do on sub-humans like serial killers, rapists, pedophiles etc, that are crowding the countries prisons.. NOT ON POOR DEFENCELESS ANIMALS.. You are no more than animals yourself to allow this to happen.
