Action should be taken against the land owner who purchased the property at auction knowing it was designated as a commercial propety. He is keeping the site untidy to deliberately cause debate and in an attempt to pressurise the council into changing the use of the land so he can build houses. Our village should not be held to ransom by a bully

Please please please put a stop to this unsightly area of our beautiful village.
This has gone on far too long and whoever owns it has had ample time to do something with it. The old house/shop was rough looking but better than this.

It's about time this gets sorted! It is such an eyesore for anyone coming into the village - it's the first thing people see when coming from the Gresford roundabout. It's just such a shame because it lets the rest of the village down.

The site is an absolute eye saw and has been for too long. It's a beautiful village and this just shouldn't be allowed. The site coujd be used for many things so I don't understand why we have to put up with this

I notice that this site is still in a really dilapidated condition and that already the current owner is secreting bits of rubbish onto it also parking vehicles for most of the day. I am astounded that Wrexham Council Authorities allow this fragrant disregard of the rules laid down by a judge for keeping this frontline village site in an orderly condition. Please do not let this shear neglect continue any longer.
