This site has spoilt the look of a decent village for too long. Please can anything be done to improve the site and hopefully provide a residential or commercial property which will be of use for the village?

This is a complete eyesore which is ruining the look & feel of the village. About time WBC took action & did something about it.

I do not believe that something cannot be done about this situation after all this time. In my opinion the officials within the Council are not doing the job they are paid to do. Joan Roberts

This messy piece of land is an affront to those who care about our village - clearly the owners do not.

Whoever owns this site should be fined and have his land confiscated and donated to the village to develop as the village sees fit. Clearly has no useful purpose for it himself.

This has been ongoing for FAR too long with other councillors who say they have Gresford 'at heart' please Andrew carry on with good work ...you certainly will be getting the vote of the Jones household no. 8,High street. All the best!

Force the buyer to build on this land or put it back on the market. Any planning permission granted should be time constrained.
