As an aquarium hobbyist; I am appalled whenever I see a mother and child with a goldfish or betta and either a fish bowl or a tiny tank. The truth be told is that these fish are doomed to a life of torture and pain at the hands of the availability of the tiny torture chambers. It is my intention to forward this petition to all major fish retailers as well as superstores (like Wal-Mart) to try to get them to stop selling these diminutive habitats. My goal is 10 000 signatures.
