Slow Hixson Pike Traffic - S Curves - to Veterans Bridge

I could not be more in complete and absolute agreement with this.

I am afraid for my children when I see how fast the cars are flying by!

Motorcycles speed day and night on Hixson Pike. I know as live right off the road.

This should include past Dugdale St. -- it is impossible to get out of the street, and drivers come around the bend much TOO fast.

The motorcycles on Frazier are loud, rev crazy and I have a video of one going almost 60 down the middle of Frazier between traffic!

At the very least, a cross walk and blinking light would help.

This area is busy and full of children and families. Traffic needs to slow down, on this stretch of roads and as they cut through neighborhood streets.

Please add crosswalks, flashing lights and reduce the speed limit on this stretch of Hixson Pike. Lots of pedestrians use it and it doesn’t feel safe.

The traffic on Hixson Pike goes way too fast through the curvy stretch that passes East Dallas and the Bright School all the way into a busy commercial district around Dartmouth and Dorchester as Hixson Pike transitions into Barton Ave.

I live on Minnekahda Place. I fear for my life and those of others anytime they cross or turn onto Hixson Pike from E Dallas.

Additionally, the merge at the Tremont/Dorchester intersection creates a lot of dangerous scenarios where cars run the yellow/red to cut into the right lane. I've seen 5 wrecks there in 5 years. I'm sure there are more that I didn't witness.

I am all in. So weary of listening to motor cycles racing at all hours of the day and night with no policing from the Chattanooga Police Dept.

I reside near the intersection Riverview and Falmouth. The speeding is so bad downhill from Dallas and Minnekahda that cars keep speeding right up Riverview around a dangerous curve at the Falmouth intersect. Hixson Pike is too curvy up and down the hills from Barton to the Hixson city limits.

Slow down!

I live at 904 Barton Avenue. It is unsafe to cross and we have no idea which way a car is going, Barton to Barton or Barton to Hixon. The cars fly down the hill and are extremely unsafe.
