i like them both so doesn't really matter but Owen seems like he also has very good plans for the scouts and I agree with the plans and his methods fully

2. No need for a new SLC it's only been a couple weeks. Kyle is doing fine and think owen could be a good SLC but it's an inappropriate time to be choosing a Scouting Legion Commander

Kyle should stay, I see no point in changing, Owen can make do with his rank. Being the SLC won't change anything in the way he does things.

i honestly dont see the point of a change,SOOOOO 2.owen is good but he cant replace kyle,not after how he improved SL.

2= I vote Kyle to stay. Owen would make a good commander but given the short time Kyle was in the position it would be stupid to get rid of him like come on now he is doing so good for the scouts stuff like this pisses me off especially since i know stuff.

SL captain should be Owen he is confendent and a good leader he always is there to help us out :)
