1. I think owen should be SLC, Because he has alot of plans for the future of SL. He's made new ranks and has already ticked off a few things on his list of things he wants to do for SL.
i like them both so doesn't really matter but Owen seems like he also has very good plans for the scouts and I agree with the plans and his methods fully

2= I vote Kyle to stay. Owen would make a good commander but given the short time Kyle was in the position it would be stupid to get rid of him like come on now he is doing so good for the scouts stuff like this pisses me off especially since i know stuff.
