Our government is taking wild horses off land because of special interest groups and are putting them in government pens. If the horse is over 10 years of age, (less than half of their lifespan) or were not adopted, they are sent to be slaughtered. This situtation is not right! Instead of letting our nation\'s true symbol graze freely, they are being killed to make room for cattle and oil drilling. Let\'s bring back Federal protection for the horses.
