We the undersigned would like to see public sector pay cut, pensions slashed to the standards in the private sector. We further, want to see the redundancy and dismissal procedures equalled to the private sector - so lazy, incompetent or utterly useless employees can be removed. In general we want to see the public run like the private sector - efficient and purposeful
