Skyplex: LIMIT HEIGHT AND LIGHTS

We do not need a Miami developer coming to Orange County, building a 700 foot tower emitting sound, excessive light and causing terrific traffic congestion. Stop it now!

This area of Orlando is already plagued with crimes against tourists and dangerous traffic congestion that has given us a reput as ton for high pedestrian fatalities. We need to have planning that is about quality over quantity with a vision to protect both residents and toutists.

I'm concerned about the light pollution and the precedent a 700 ft tower of light would create.

There should be no "special" exceptions for the Miami developers. No one wants I drive to look like Las Vegas. The Orlando "eye" is already an eye sore. It would not conform to the aesthetics of the I drive corridor.

This attraction will only make the already miserable Sandlake road traffic worse. As a Dr Phillips I vote no to having this structure here.

No to Skyplex tower

It will only enhance the community and create more jobs

I can already see the Eye from my community area and I think this skyscraper will be just too, too much. I'm against it and against any elected official who will vote for it!

It is in the best interest of the residents of SW Orlando that you deny the Skyplex exception. This project will cause unsightly towers and more traffic jams!

In the 23 years I've lived in Dr. Phillips/SW Orlando, the quality of life for its residents has plummeted. We're subject to constant traffic congestion from the “attractions”, light pollution, and a deafening racket from the theme parks’ fireworks every night. The squalid neon of the towering Ferris wheel and bungee jump on I-Drive are eyesores enough, visible for miles in every direction . Residents in this area live in the shadow of tawdry tourist attractions and unending development, while we pay for their increasing infrastructure needs. All of the natural beauty that originally brought us to settle in this area has been lost. Bring this freak show in, and you’ll be forcing even more area residents out. But that’s what you want, to raise property values, right? Leave this crap in Miami; it’s already ruined.

Bigger is not always better. In this case, no.

I'm against the project all together. Sand Lake Rd and other roads in the area are clogged now. Sand Lake Rd & Turkey Lake Rd can't be widen because businesses are too close to the roads now. If this Miami developer wants to build this ride, why doesn't he build it in his backyard.

We don't need anymore noise, pollution and traffic in the Dr. Phillips area. It will not add, but take away from the community feeling. Tourists have enough attractions between Disney and Universal.

The Eye is bad enough. We have no need for something like this which will make the area even more congested than it is. DO NOT BYPASS ANY CURRENT REGULATIONS.

This is so DUMB! That intersection is already at a standstill on Fri/Sat nights. This is all about $$$!!

We don't need another ugly structure. The big ferris wheel is bad enough.

Please limit the Skyplez tower to 300 feet based on distance of the attraction from its neighboring communities, and the light pollution to Dr. Phillips
