Every time I see the Orlando Eye I want to scream. It is so hideous and a roller coaster and tower that is even higher would be an enormous eyesore. It is true about light pollution, I live on Big Sand Lake and there's too much light coming onto the lake. I had to buy blackout curtains for my windows. The view is not that attractive when you see all of that.

Limit the height of the Skyplex tower to 300 feet based on the distant of the attraction from its neighboring communities, and the overwhelming amount of light pollution it would impose on those who call Dr. Phillips home.

I am completely disappointed because I believe the residents are not being represented with development impacts and other regulations. Dr. Phillips deserves better and the residents should not constantly be ignored. We have tremendous traffic, little amenities such as real parks and are trapped on all sides by the tourist districts. It's time the government start working for the people and not special interests.

Please limit the height of the skylplex to 300ft. Any higher than this would be devastating for our community. Please take in consideration that there are neighborhoods in this area. It is horrible now to see the Orlando Eye, as we make our turn south bound on Dr. Phillips Blvd. Please also consider the light and noise this monster roller coaster will make. It is a shame that this beautiful area is changing drastically,and not for the better. We all hope you do the right thing for Dr Phillips!!

When I moved to Dr. Phillips it was a quiet and at night a dark community where you could actually see the star constellations We do not need to live in a theme park we are close enough to the existing ones. This complex will be a very large eyesore to our community. Our property values will also be affected. I can already see the Orlando Eye when I drive down Dr. Phillips to buy groceries. It is and eyesore!!! As always thought the meetings they have where the citizens can speak out are always in the middle of the day when most of us have to work, or we have no information until it's too late. We have height restrictions for a reason. Keep them in place!!!!

I just moved in the area and I feel that the Orlando Eye is an eye sore. Most of the time it is not working. Way too much light and we as residents should not have to put up with that.

Dr. Phillips envisioned our community as a place to work and live in a quiet, pristine truly remarkable community. All of these amusement attractions are cheapening the area. It will soon begin to look like a carny site. Please keep our area great for dining, living and shopping only. Let's keep Dr. Phillips from being just one big traffic jam.
