Please do not permit this structure. Our local community is already bombarded with EXCESSIVE electromagnetic waves due to theme parks and high traffic tourism which have been proven DANGEROUS to the human energy field based on studies from several universities. And, if this structure ever- collapsed it would devastate many people in harms way physically. It will also become a magnet to our area. Will terrorism on high alerts, let's not draw more attention here, please.

As a resident of Dr Phillips and living in close proximity to Sand Lake Rd and I-Drive, I am well aware of the increase in noise level as well as the traffic over the past several years. What we thought was a paradise of peace and quiet and roads less travelled, we have been subjected to just the opposite. By even allowing this Skyplex tower and any further proposals is beyond anything that the residents of our area should have to live with. Even lowering the height of this Skyplex is not going to take away the noise levels and traffic increases. Our roads have not changed - Sand Lake Road has not changed, and another problem is the garbage that has been and continues to be strewn on the sides and median of the roads. This is totally unacceptable for "The City Beautiful." Please stop these structures in our area.

This type of development is not in the public interest. I strongly oppose this hideous building and everything it represents. This area has already been turned into a nightmare and an eye-sore by greed and poor county governance. Please don't make it worse!

Please stop the Skyplex exception. We don't need International Drive looking like a Las Vegas strip. It's too close to our residential areas. All the current noise, light pollution and traffic is bad enough. And the roads and traffic patterns have not been addressed enough to alleviate the issue. The eyesores sticking that high in the sky is not acceptable and to go against current rule and the planning board on this issue is not the right thing to do.
I'm sure there are alternative locations for this project.

As a homeowner within the 30 miles radius of the proposed Skyplex tower, I object to the height of this commercial project as it would dominate the skyline & add too much light.

Please... that ridiculous Orlando Eye is bad enough. Please restrict this intrusion. Not everyone here is a tourist. We can go visit the attractions if we want to but we should not be forced to look at them at all times.

Mayor Jacobs please vote no to the Skyplex height exception being proposed. We already have the Orlando Eye towering over everything. Let's not make the same mistake with Skyplex. A 700 foot lighted structure so close to our residential neighborhoods is unacceptable. Thank you for your consideration in this matter.
