Skyplex: LIMIT HEIGHT AND LIGHTS

International Dr is already crowded enough! Traffic is ridiculous as it is! You couldn't have picked a worse location to build this. The people quietly approving this are probably getting paid to do so, but I'must taking note just vote them out in the next election. This would be the last project you approve. The people of this area moved away from crowded cities because of this kind of nonsense, and everything that comes with it. We like our city the way it is!

This project will increase noise and light pollution. It will change the skyline of International Drive in an unfavorable way. It will also increase foot and automobile traffic in an area that already sees daily congestion. This project should NOT go forward and should be shelved for good. The yearly residents of the I-drive corridor are the ones who would feel the effects of this project and it should be shelved for good.

I'm glad that Universal is finally concerned with Sand Lakes traffic. When will they demolish their own dr Phillips exit and the bridge to I drive that are the true causes of congestion?

While on the subject of pollution. I find it interesting that the group didn't mind sending thousands of mailers to that will end up in land fills, further impacting our environment, but they oppose light pollution. Total Hypocrisy.

Couldn't agree more! What about all of the new Resorts that they're building? They don't cause light pollution. They're right next to I-4, what a huge distraction!

Shame on Universal for declaring one building would be a huge light pollution and traffic obstruction over above and beyond their own Islands of Adventure!

I have been rear ended twice this year, sitting still at traffic lights. Both times on Sand Lake rd. There is way to much traffic on Sand Lake rd. We don't need a 700 ft. Tower for drivers to distract them.

So then can we demolish Fun Spot?

I beg to differ. All of Universal's new construction doesn't blend, nor did their lighthouse when it was built.

Yet the Orlando Eye didn't?

Thank you Universal. I think the next time you plan a project that I find hideous, AKA, all of your expanded hotels, I will make it a point of proposing that we stop them. The reality is that I-drive has been a monstrosity for years. HEAVEN FORBID that we allow someone to clean up illegal ticket sellers, and "discounted electronics." This is good for the economy and I want to comment the save Orange County Group for giving me all of the email addresses I need to send my support for the project. We all know Universal doesn't want competition and if I had to guess, everyone that signed this are somehow connected to Universal. Just saying.

From orange groves to theme parks, spread out sufficiently, we don't want this monstrosity to loom over our community. Thank you for considering all of our Dr. Phillips residents requests.

Yes limit the towers height to 300 feet only.

Build more roadways - our county needs more major arteries because it is very congested. Skyplex will just add to the ever increasing traffic jams.

Please, please, please don't let this structure be built. We do not want this anywhere near Orlando.
