Dr Phillips is one of Orlando's most desirable locales in which to live. Let's keep it that way and not turn it into a carnival! Restaurants and hotels are fine for I Drive, but it does not need to become a theme park destination of its own.

THIS STRUCTURE WILL DESTROY THE QUALITY OF LIFE AS WELL AS THE PROPERTY VALUES IN OUR NEIGHBORHOODS.

Please do not build this structure. Traffic in the Sand Lake/I4 area is already greatly conjested, and this is too tall of a structure to be built near a residential area.

I am a long time resident of Dr. Phillips. Over the years I have seen the attractions area encroach on our community. I am horrified by the Skyplex project and would most certainly not want to see it built.

Please do not allow this installation. It not only violates the current and sane height requirement but it will create further traffic issues and more light pollution. Please consider us Orlando residents that work and live in this area and call this our home. If we wanted to live in the shadow of Theme Parks we would have sought them out before buying our homes. Please...enough is enough.

Traffic at Sandlake Road and Universal Boulevard is terrible... the last thing we need is another attraction. Stop this madness.

Just one more example of outside developers who want to make a quick profit destroying our neighborhoods and communities.
