The concept of this tower is absurd, and putting it at the intersection of Sand Lake Road and I-Drive would worsen what is already a traffic nightmare. This is another example of developers trying to get rich(er) at the the expense of the local community. Such a monstrosity should be banned from Orange County.

Why doesn't this Miami developer build this in Miami?
Why do we even bother to have zoning requirements in Orange County? When does Orange County start enforcing the zoning code which is there to protect residents from such trashy honky-tonk "Florida Attractions". To everyone who would be forced to look at this eye score, kiss your property value good bye, this is not the view home buyers are looking for in a new home.
And it doesn't stop with the Skyplex roller coaster, a planned zip line and big swing in the near future !! Really !!
Are we so desperate for tourist dollars we have to resort to this type of development and throw our residents under the bus?

We do not need another huge monstrosity on I-Drive. The Eye is ugly enough! It hurts my eyes every time I drive out of my neighborhood. Please do not continue to allow tall attractions to mar the skyline!

I can already see the top 10% of the eye from rural Windermere at night. The skyplex would be unsightly. Orlando should remain known for wholesome family entertainment not become the Vegas of the East.

Please do not approve the change to existing height and density regulations, allowing the Skyplex Tower to be built. I do not want ANOTHER eyesore on or near I-4.
