We have too much traffic congestions daily esp. during rush periods along Sandlake and I-Drive area already and adding the huge attraction in the area will aggravate the situation. Please reject the application for the variance to built the attraction.

Please do not approve this request for a 700' high tower to clutter our skyline and tower over everything making us look like an amusement park. Keep our community dignified.

We need to balance our need for economic dev't and the need to have a peaceful environment ... We are tipping over to too much buildings.. We need the open space without additional buildings . We need more parks.

This is a dangerous precedent and will compromise the living quality of thousands of residents near the proposed site.

Seriously, this area that you are placing this SKYplex is way busy enough already especially during high season! give the big tax payers a break and don't screw up our neighborhood any more. Thanks

First consider those residents of invested their lives in the homes that are adjacent to this property. Second consider the desperate situation of the traffic in the area and how long it would take to create any relief at all including pedestrian overpasses

Appaling! Here we go again! As a resident of the Dr Phillips area for the past 3 decades, I have wittness, that "we", the residents, have loss on every important issue that we considered a "quality of life issue", i.e.Walmart, the over development of Sand Lake Road West of I-4, the Orlando Eye, etc.. A reminder to the Mayor and Commissioners that in the development of good progress the people wishes, residents, in this case, and their quality of life, must have 1st priority and the business second, after all, we live here 24/7 with a two lane road access.

Good Day Mayor Jacobs and Commissioner Edwards, I have lived in the Williamsburg area for 19 years . I have watched the booming growth of Orlando and Central Florida. I travel the roads and get stuck in traffic just like everyone else. It takes a lot longer to get from Point A to Point B than it did years ago. Really and truly, it has become like Las Vegas and certainly has lost the home town feel. I do not particularly like to travel on International Drive with all the congestion. I was not happy about the construction of "The Eye". Please do not allow this 700 ft. Skyplex Tower to be built. I, along with the majority of my neighbors, are not happy about this proposed project. Please vote NO. Thank you very much for listening. Sincerely, Joanne C. Gizzi
