Skyplex: LIMIT HEIGHT AND LIGHTS

Please... NO!!!! Do not allow the Skyplex to be built. I already have to look at that hideous "Eye" and fight the horrible traffic in this area.

Please do not build the skyplex

Florida is a paradise for residents and tourists alike. Let us leave these nasty buildings for places like NYC, yes?

You can either let the innovators innovate or they will do it somewhere more welcoming and the jobs and money will follow. I-Drive is not a residential area.

I can't see that this will add anything desirable to our community and the neighbors in the area have enough to deal with already.

Limit the skyplex tower to no more than 300'

The residents of Bay Hill and Dr. Phillips will be harmed by this monstrosity.

Traffic is horrible. We don't need this tower. Save our community

Sand Lake Rd is already WAY OVERCROWDED!!!! Do NOT allow this project at this site ... PLEASE!!!

I am requesting this project to be abolished, as it is nothing but will be destroying our environmental system. Traffic, pollution, noice, crime, bird migration, property value, eye soreness ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

We live off Sand Lake Rd. It is already severely over-crowded and dangerous. This project MUST NOT be approved!!!

Please do NOT allow this project to be approved- it will cause a number of problems for the surrounding community and benefit no one but the developers from Miami.

Please do not allow this eyesore, the giant ferris wheel should have never been approved and this project should never be allowed. We live in a nice and quiet community in Dr Phillips and we do not want any more of this man made garbage eye sores.

The scale of this project is inconsistent with our community and will be an eyesore. Do we really need more noise, visual and light pollution? Vote no please.

Please do not approve the Skyplex tower proposal. I live nearby and not only would it be an eyesore but we do not need anymore traffic in this area.

Good evening, This structure will damage the natural area around it. Nature and Habitat Damage It will cause damage to the natural habitats and county parks in the surrounding radius. It will disrupt natural migratory patterns of bald eagles, egrets, hawks and other migratory birds to be disrupted and have an impact of their population. Additionally, the impact on the state sanctioned concerns for the snowy egret, osprey, and burrowing owl will be affected because of light and noise pollution. The noise and light pollution will also negatively impact the habitat of the southeastern myotis bat which has a symbiotic relationship with many mammals in the area by reducing the moth and mosquito population and increasing the overall health of the human population in the area. The light pollution will disrupt the bat and owl feeding patterns causing a decline in their population and could lead to a community health risks. Noise pollution: Human concerns- by increasing the level of noise on International drive and already congested and over populated area the increase in human related casualties could increase. Additionally residents in the areas and local area resorts could be impacted by the traffic and cause the tourism industry to decrease in the area due to light interference. Air traffic safety concerns. The Orlando International Airport is 12.9 miles form the projected site for the tower. The light pollution to incoming planes and the capacity of visitors to use LED pointers in the towers could risk the vision of pilots and the visibility distraction for incoming and outbound planes at OIA. The visible light spectrum within 15 miles of the airport should be limited to structures as outlined by the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority guidelines.
