Reasons against: Noise, additional traffic and resulting air quality polution, and it is unsightly. A project such as this should be well away from residential areas.

We should be emphasizing the natural beauty of Florida in Orlando not turning it into more of a three-ring-circus than it already is!!! This is my home town and we are allowing carpetbaggers to take over.

I have been in Dr. Phillips for 25 years. Not only has "Restaurant Row" created a traffic nightmare for the community, but the new ferris wheel has added traffic and is creating a "carnival" atmosphere to I Drive. Add to that the danger of people driving on I4 that take their eyes off the road to look at these structures! Please do not cheapen our community any more than it has already.

Always follow the money - how many palms are being greased for this project??

It's not just the eyesore, but the precedent that would be set by bypassing regulations.

Let's keep some of what makes Florida a great place to live alone. No to towering skyscrapers or bright lights.

This city has already seen too many of our landmarks and historical sites demolished . We do not need outside developers putting gigantic buildings in the carnival mix!!

Traffic around Sand Lake Rd. and International Dr. is bad enough. I can only image how bad it will be with this new tower. I can't believe this tower will be even bigger than the Eye. Do we know how much noise and light pollution this will bring? Save our community!

It is bad enough that I have to look at both a giant slingshot and the Orlando Eye from my backyard plus the traffic in the I-Drive area is out of control. If this precedent is set then who is to say the next project wont try and "one up" this one. Orlando is known for tourism but we have restrictions in place for a reason.
