SKYPLEX UPDATE: Everyone can breathe with a sigh of relief and celebrate, because Skyplex is now officially cancelled and is not happening at all and for good. The cancellation was confirmed back in October last year. So, this petition should now be closed.

This project would’ve been an eyesore to Orlando and feels like a Las Vegas style tower: Orlando is NOT Vegas and never will be.

Please don't sell us out to more sensationalistic ventures / try for some integrity in that den of the misinformed who think that is what our beautiful city is about.......sad,sad,sad.

I am strongly against this project. The Skyplex would not improve the lives of Orlando citizens and would diminish the lives of those who live and work in the Dr. Phillips area.

While this may be late to the decision. The Skyplex project is over the top and as a resident it appears the a private company is building a theme park without any thought to the impact of its neighbors. Universal at least has enough sense not to build anything this tall. Please reconsider any thought to approving this monster project.

This tower is offensive to our community and I strongly believe it shouldn't be constructed. Oscar

Enough is Enough. Not only will it affect traffic patterns, but why should they get an exception when Universal is limited to 200ft?

The traffic on I 4 & Sandlake is horrendous. We live in the area & find that just since the Eye was erected the traffic has increased making it difficult to travel in our community. It is beginning to look Like an amusement area , of which if will only spread if this is passed. Please vote NO, save our community

I live and work in the Dr Phillips area and the lights from the Orlando Eye and new attractions are a dangerous distraction to drivers and a disruptions to area homes. Horrible decrease of quality of life for residents.

I am totally agreed that project will be very nocive and abusive for our community, beside more noise and light pollution, and heavy traffic congestion (see the intersection of Sand Lake Road and Turkey Lake Road), will bring more risk of crime for the area.

No to this proposed Skypex tower. While I do not live in the Dr Phillip's area and suffer already with the I Drive area. I avoid it whenever possible and I'm certain there are places of interest I miss because of avoiding the area. Before doing anything else a long term traffic solution needs to identified and completed.Look elsewhere

This attraction is planned for a VERY HEAVILY TRAFFICKED area. Has anyone looked at this intersection? It's absolutely absurd to place it here. Please reconsider. Thank you, Marybeth Brabandt
