Skype is a great service, but won't let you turn off voicemail. This is a problem for lots of people that use the service and potentially many more people that would use it if they could turn off voicemail. So far there does not seem to be a rhyme or reason why Skype forces voicemail on it's users. (Yes, there is a case where you can turn it off while your client is logged in. But that is unworkable, too.) We ask that Skype: (1) Let us turn off voicemail in all situations (2) Let us set the number of rings before voicemail (3) Give us some solid business and/or technical reasons why one or both of these requests cannot be done
