As staff of Save the Children UK, we request that the Directors reverse the policy that currently prevents us from using Skype properly on our desktop computers. We are the only part of Save the Children which cannot use it to communicate easily with colleagues across the world and are unique among large development NGOs.
Being unable to use the free voice, instant messaging and videoconferencing is harming our ability to do our jobs effectively.
