There is a need for students to have safe and quick accessibility from Pacific Ridge and the surrounding apartments and housing to the west side of campus, as well as a need to decrease traffic at the USD main entrance intersection. → I propose that a skybridge be built connecting Pacific Ridge and the surrounding apartments and houses to behind the USD engineering building (BEC).
