As residents of Skycity, we are requesting a dedicated electricity substation to meet our community's growing needs and ensure reliable power supply

Middle class is suffering paying for almost everything without being subsidised We however suffer after being honest citizen. 1st and foremost Cosmo bought the land but we paying property rate, property added into an existing substation. Make it make sense why I pay sewer and property rates them buy electricity that I can’t use then change tarrif as you think we desperate We could always just pay bonds and go back to shacks where we come from use free electricity and water since you can’t ask those areas to pay but our for us who are honestly trying to move from poverTy so meaning municipalities if we were all struggling who were you going to bully if it’s not repo rate it’s the abuse from every other thing.

A request for our own substation to be built. Substation in Tsietsi is proving not to be able to accommodate a mass of sections.

Sky City as a majority has been demarcated to the Alberton Municipality yet we do not understand why we are not being supplied our electricity by the municipality whose jurisdiction we fall under. It is imperative that we be connected to the Alberton power station or most preferably that a new power station be erected to deal with this growing community.
