We want a secure substation they is reliable in providing us with power. RDP houses that houses people who do not even pay for electricity don't experience electricity crisis we have. We pay bills and bonds without a fail and deserve to be provided with the services we need.

Why are connected with people who doesn't pay for electricity and we pay for electricity, when we have a problem of illegal connections then it becomes our problem. We need our own substation because it's a new development and are enough to have it
