Sky City | The Bronx | Milano Dedicated Electricity Substation

Greetings, Fellow Residents,
In light of the recent and ongoing power outages at the Sefokabolea Substation in Palmridge, the urgency for Sky City to have its own dedicated electricity substation has never been greater.
An initiative has now been launched to petition the Gauteng Provincial Government and Premier Panyaza Lesufi to provide Sky City with an independent and reliable electricity supply through our own substation.
It is evident that the City of Ekurhuleni lacks the capacity to provide reliable electricity to the rapidly growing Sky City housing development, especially when relying on a substation that remains unsecured and vulnerable to frequent vandalism.
The electricity disruptions we continue to endure are not new. They have plagued us since the early days of Sky City's development.
We can no longer accept being subjected to unreliable and intermittent power supply.
Enough is enough. We deserve better.
Our community deserves a solution that ensures consistent and uninterrupted electricity.
The only viable solution is for Sky City to be relocated from the current shared substation and connected to our own dedicated electricity infrastructure.
We urge you, fellow residents, to support this demand by signing the petition.
Together, our voices can make a difference.
VOLUNTEERS:
We kindly appeal for volunteers who are willing to assist with collecting signatures for the petition.
If you're able to help, please print out the petition form and begin gathering signatures from fellow residents.
Arrangements will be made to collect the signed forms from all volunteers in due course.
Thank you for your support!
