The purpose of this petition is to bring to attention the N1A parents' requests and preference for teacher Iffah to follow the class up to N2A. We are of the opinion that Gao lao shi's style of classroom management is not suitable for the younger pre-K children for the reasons below..

From our parents point of view, Gao Laoshi appear to be passive. She is not proactive enough in the class considering that in this early stage, kids are still need the extra help and guidance to build their understanding and self reliance. What we mean here are like hands on, plan well, execute well, respond properly on the outcome and do the necessities.

Gao Laoshi approach seems more suitable for older kids where they are independent enough to cope by themselves and better understanding on the information convey to them. Those enable her to give the information and monitor with less hands on.

Therefore it is a concern for us if she were to follow N1A to N2A. Hereby we sincerely request for Teacher Iffah if possible to follow N1A journey to N2A, otherwise a new Teachers team will works as well, rather than Gao Laoshi to follow on. We look forward to your favorable response.
