Ladies and Gentlemen, you right to own a firearm is, in my opinion, coming to a close. Obama has disallowed the sale of 87,310 M1 Garands and 770,160 M1 Carbines. There is no trade ban with South Korea and both of there rifles ARE legal to own. How can Obama ban this trade then? These firearms are deeply embedded with the fabric of this nation. Both served our infantry in World War II, Korea, and even into Vietnam. Their arguement is "The transfer of such a large number of weapons could potentially be exploited by individuals seeking firearms for illicit purposes." This is like banning the automobile because it could potentially be used to ram someone. Please stop him before he gets more and more strict.

These are history pieces. My grandfather carried one in the war and it is a shame they are just sitting in storage collecting dust when collectors here would love to have them.
