Please relocate the gym and the yoga studio back. They are worse than in my home town of Siberia !
The concept of social/working space will not work and on top of that you will lose your existing members who pay more.

Being a member from the start I have seen first hand the concept of wonderful health club done really well turn into a tacky version of a wework/social club..... please bring back the DNA of what it was.

the above points sum up my complaint emails of the year very well, to which I have obviously never received a proper email response to, except for „the club is working hard at improving the facilities“, which we can all disagree on.

Please tell me the new gym is just a bad dream..... and to make the change for another reception area?? The gym has traditionally been a health studio back to the days of Pineapple Dance... so it’s a part of Kensington History... please don’t change it!
