Outdoor, physical activity that teaches mental (and physical) toughness, resilience, focus, etc. And not just for skateboarders! BMX, inline skating, scooters.... the list of positivity that comes out of a facility like this is endless. Not to mention the stimulation to the local economy from tourists coming in to compete, spectate, skate/ride just for fun.
