I grew up in Rock Hill and I only know of one skate park ever located here and it was private. The city should have had a designated skate park decades ago. It would have stopped conflict between skaters and police and security officers at public parks. Seems really bizarre that we have on of the best BMX tracks in the world but we don't have a municipal skate park?
