My son used to skateboard when we lived in GA and he pretty much gave it up when we moved back here because there’s no where for kids to go!!

Give the kids a park to skate. We already have everyone in Steele creek and NC a nice kids park to bring their kids and parks at the lake to swim in while I’m paying the taxes. Give our kids a place to skate

I think this would be a great way to bring different parts of the community together. It could be fun for all ages and will add great diversity to the outdoor activities this area already offers.

A skatepark is easily safe to monitor and keep kids active! Worst things happen in school and online.

I have been skating off and on since I was 14 years old. I am 30 now. If we had a park to skate, I would go skate and bring my kids!
