I am honestly overwhelmed by the messages so many of you have sent about why a local skatepark matters to our community. It is clear that this is about creating a space for our youth to gather and stay active right here at home. I am currently working on putting together a formal request to show the council that this dream belongs to all of you.

I am honestly overwhelmed by how many people want this space in Astene as much as I do. This momentum belongs entirely to the community members who kept pushing for a place to skate. It is incredible to see so many neighbors coming together for this.
