Growing up in suffolk is boring enough - stowmarket skatepark made me who i am today - give the kids a single place to go, skating is the best outlet i ever had!

Think it's a great idea. I'm sure the kids who want it will have some good fundraising ideas too!

The Eaton park, Norwich one is great...Diss skatepark not so good as made from tarmac...needs to be a concrete bowl like Eaton park..the kids love it but Norwich is a long way to drive when you live in Harleston!!

Ive seen smaller towns and villages all over the country that have invested in skate parks, it's about time the town invested in something like this. They wasted money investing in the 5 a side football pitch that no one now uses, it should have been turned into a skatepark from the outset! There is also the potential to help the progression of some young inspiring action sports stars in the making!

Growing up in Long Stratton we welcomed the half pipe. My son lives near harleston and when he grows up this would be good fun.
