The bank is not in the wrong. They operate on money, not passion. That being said, I hope an agreement can be reached and this iconic spot can remain. And to those saying things like, 'Fuck the pigs' -- that gets you nowhere in situations such as this.

The bank can find other property/land to re sell. But it's not as easy to find nice skateparks like this. Especially well known parks. You can't destroy it for money. That would be a very selfish act.
