I skated there everyday till it was shut down. All the hard work and determination put in to the place shouldnt be taken away so easily.

With community raised funding & out of pocket expenses, an exhaustive amount of time, effort, blood, sweat and tears, for many local Visalia residents, went into making the Santa Fe "DIY" Skate Park (Skate Fe) the park we all know and love today! It would not only break many hearts to see this popular Visalia steeple be destroyed but it would also leave many skateboarders with no other options but to Street Skate, which we all know is illegal, or to skate at the already overcrowded Provident Park.

Close to where we live. Never see patrol cars intervening cuz its keeping them off the streets and hopefully out of trouble. It's a good thing.

Guys, I've never skated this spot, but I have heard of it and seen many skaters skate it. It'd be a shame if it were to be taken down when multiple skaters put hours and hours into it just to skate.

Keep the park! It's perfect for the community. Teaching kids to work together with the whole DIY scene it's skateboarding.
