This is a place I've seen in many videos and is an iconic place in skateboarding. If this place gets torn down it will have a large impact on the skateboarding community such as when the Carlsbad gap was torn down.

Spaces like this are very important to the cultural makeup of a city, and in the long run will prove to have been worth keeping around. Save this place from becoming yet another run of the mill, forgettable piece of real estate.
