The reason we need a skate-park in Lakewood Ranch, FL. is because the closest skate-park is far from Lakewood Ranch. when we go to a random spot there is a sign the says "no skateboards" or we get kicked out via security. Plus we aren't allowed to purchase a half pipe (a ramp set for skateboards) because it is not allowed. If Lakewood Ranch can afford the greenbrook garden than they can afford a skatepark.

hell yea we need a local for lwr every county has one and there is so much youth that could be doing great things at said skateparks
Having a diversity of skate parks in our area will further improve local talent and contribute to skateboarding as a whole.
There's a large demand for skateparks from skaters in Lakewood Ranch, nobody wants to drive 30 mins just to have a few hours of really good fun. I recommend redesigning the unused basketball park in summerfield and making it similar to gt bray but with some more beginner aspects from Blackstone like the round rail grind you can just ride into.
Skateboarding is a tiny sport that is growing right now and the community needs more skate parks
It’s be great. With the insurance policy they have for the dog park and it’s owners it’s should be high enough for a skate park or bicycle trails.
Old folks get pickleball so give the kids a skatepark!! And a pump track!!!

Will be a beneficial addition to Lakewood ranch. Another attraction that can give kids and adults alike a place to go and enjoy themselves while being able to congregate and socialize in a welcoming environment.
