NASCAR should harshly punish Michael Waltrip Racing for intentionally changing the outcome of the Richmond race Sept 2013.In a sport priding itself in God,country and a high moral code......This is a terrible breach in the code of ethics and should be severely punished. The obvious cheating that went on is not "have at it,boys". I want people to sign this so NASCAR will understand how detestable we as fans find this behavior and want them to defend the rights of those drivers trying to drive a clean race.
