We, the undersigned, are calling on the Fine Gael/Labour Party government to:
(1) Immediately prioritise the building of social housing.
(2) Introduce a system of rent controls that ensure fair rents for tenants.
(3) Oppose the sale of lands earmarked for regeneration to property speculators.
(4) Protect homelessness and emergency housing services.
(5) Stop the removal of HAP tenants from local authority housing lists.
