We need an accessible shipwreck in Melbourne. Portsea hole would be brilliant and sheltered enough to engage more tourism in the area and allow quick turnaround for charters to run out t o and from the wreck!!!

Sink it off Frankston to act as a breakwater for Olivers Hill Boat Ramp , adding it to Wooleys Reef as a fish haven
