With the already declining sea life and kelp fields in port Phillip bay I’d love for this vessel to be used as an artificial reef to try and keep/ boost the declined population of fish in the region

As someone who loves spending time in port Phillip bay and outside the heads boating diving and fishing I would love to see this go ahead and think it would be a great attraction for the area
