I really don't know what's wrong with SINGPOST. It's a real disgrace, they should remove "Singapore" from their branding!

Received tampered parcel from VPost USA, no resolution after a month of follow up on my end. Requested for senior management to address my complaint, nobody returned to me. It's a complete disgrace that Singapore national postal service is so irresponsible !!!

Very disgusted and disappointed with their so called world class service. They even dishonestly altered the tracking status page and claim that it was already delivered whereas i haven't received it. I still don't know where my parcel is.Horrible Speedpost!

Totally agree that Singpost service is bad! The regulators really should intervene.

Singpost/Speedpost are getting from bad to worse,horrible service and i will not use them again.They can lost your parcel even with tracking number(Priority speedpost local),so bloody ridiculous....Those private owned local couriers are do much better then them!

I regretted using VPOST to do my online deliveries. Terrible terrible service, took more than a month and the customer service is non-responsive!

I've had deliveries almost on a weekly basis from different postal/courier services, and Singpost's standard is the worst thus far. They should never be using "Singapore" in their naming, They do not deserve the honour of a Singapore branding!!!
