It must be possible to provide separate facilities for transgender etc. inmates, without placing biological males in intimate facilities with biological females.

Safety first.
Design changes are necessary to address trans issues as their safety is also important. It is not acceptable to downgrade women-only spaces.
Tgere appears to be a trend around the world where criminals convicted of sexual or violent crimes against women & children identifying as women & wanting to be accommodated in women's prisobs, this is not OK.

Why has there been ZERO consultation with anybody other than the Trans Rights Activists who do NOT speak for women and definitely NOT homosexual women (who are being discriminated against en-masse by sick men demanding to be allowed to call themselves lesbians).
